If, when you check your HostID you find it reads x77777 this article will explain and show you how to fix it.
When you get an odd HostID such as the one described, it can be for one of two reasons.
You have a new CensorNet Appliance which you asked us to ship with its network configuration not set.
You have changed the network hardware on an existing box.
In the first case, the services (including the license manager) will have started with no IP address to bind to. After you have finished configuring the network settings yourself, you should reboot the machine (type reboot at the command prompt) and the system will restart fully licensed.
In the second case, you should read "How do I force NIC detection Order?" in order to solve the problem.
