You have changed the IP address of your mail server, or moved ISP's and as a result IP's have changed. MailSafe has not delivered queued mail to your mail server yet via the new IP.
MailSafe is designed to queue your e-mail for 5 days providing you have specified the MX records correctly. If need to change a domain route, which contains the IP of the destination mail server, then you should add the new domain route (and IP) before removing the old one. If you do not do this, mail in the queue will still be delivered to the old domain route. Please contact technical support and we can update the mail in the queue so that it is delivered to the new domain route.
