The quota features of CensorNet Professional explained
As of the 1.5.x branch of CensorNet, it is possible to set Time Quota's. A Time Quota is a flexible way of allowing users to browse certain categories of web sites for a limited time each day. Example: allow 1 hour of access to Travel, Shopping and Sport categories. Once the 1 hour is used up visiting sites in these categories - the quota is exceeded - and the categories are blocked until tomorrow. Quota's are reset at midnight each night.
Generally you should only set a quota for categories that you do not deem suitable for work purposes, but you feel the user should have access to them for a limited period of time each day.
PLEASE NOTE: The Time Quota can only function with User Authentication enabled.
To create a quota:
1. Go to Policies -> Manage Policies and select a policy from your list.
2. Choose the amount of time for your quota from the drop down list. This is TOTAL time allowed to view the categories, it is not per category.

3. Scroll down to "Content Classifier" and tick the categories to include in the quota (please expand categories to see if they are part of the quota. Top level tick box is only for turning all on or all off.)

4. Click "Update Policy" at the bottom of the page.
Now every user with this policy assigned to them will be limited to browsing the selected categories for the selected amount of Time Quota. Once they have exceeded the Time Quota, the category will be blocked, and they will receive a blocked message, such as:-
