Synopsis

All users receive the error: "Your request could not be processed at this time, this is probably due to network congestion so please try again later. If this problem persists contact you network administrator - Resource temporarily unavailable"

This happens if the update key has expired or become invalidated. Please contact Technical Support in the first instance.

Technical Support note:

The procedure should be to delete the local URL database and re-start the proxy server, then check the CSRV details are correct.

/etc/init.d/cnv4 stop
cd /usr/share/cnv4/sitefilter
mkdir /tmp/dia
mv * /tmp/dia
/etc/init.d/cnv4 start
