The HostID displayed says "CONFIGURATION ERROR"

Synopsis

The HostID displayed says "CONFIGURATION ERROR" and when you manually start the License server the following error appears:

olicenseserver.lin: relocation error: /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libresolv.so.2: symbol strlen, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference

Article

This error is generated when the /etc/hosts file is incorrect and the hostname of the machine cannot be resolved correctly, or does not match the output of 'hostname' command. Correct the file and then start the License server:

/etc/init.d/olicenseserver start

Go back to the CensorNet web admin tool and select System -> Install License. The correct HostID should now be displayed.
