A web page does not load correctly when using CensorNet as a proxy even if it has been added to a Custom URL allowed category.
These days larger web sites operate on multiple domain names, therefore allowing facebook.com does not necessarily mean that all the domains Facebook uses to display the page will be allowed as well.
You may encounter a problem whereby only parts of the page load and it looks like the rest is broken, such as the following screenshot:-

A closer look at the above screenshot reveals that it is a HTTPS site served from the domain newegg.com. newegg.com:443 has already been added to the Custom Allow list so why is it not loading?
If you right click in your browser window and choose View Source you will find the reason as highlighted below:-

The page is serving stylesheets and images from Akamai's network over HTTPS. Add the pattern:-
akamai.net:443
To allow this to happen and then reload the page. You will notice that it appears as it should do now.
