Recording of local sessions
Captures all desktop activity including multiple monitors. Everything that the user sees is recorded. It is sensitive to switch user and log off operations.
Recording of remote sessions
Captures all activity on remote session such as terminal services, Citrix, Remote Desktop, PC-Anywhere, VMware and VNC. Captures all sessions launched using web remote access applications such as LogMeIn, RAdmin, WebEx, etc.
Network independence
The server and client will utilise whatever network infrastructure is in place, e.g. IPv4, IPv6.
Domain independence
The agent can be installed on computers within an Active Directory domain or those that are standalone. Recording will still take place.
Actual activities tracking
Desktop Surveillance will record mouse clicks and keyboard button pressing, changes of active window title. Also, screenshots can be captured periodically (by timer) to investigate such activities as video film watching.

You can save any video frame as a screenshot for use in other applications or documents.

Text reporting provides powerful data to analyse user activities in MS Excel. Simple operations as sorting and filtering makes it easy to investigate how much time a user spends on work activities, chatting, mailing, social network or Internet browsing.
