CensorNet Desktop Surveillance is a Microsoft Windows based client-server solution.

Server requirements

Minimum system requirements

Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2008r2
(Server 2008r2 recommended)
32-bit or 64-bit
CPU: 2.5GHz Dual Core or better
RAM: 2GB RAM (4GB RAM recommended)
DISK: 5MB per hour of recording (per agent)
100Mbit network connection (Gbit recommended)

 

Server CPU requirements

100 agents = ~10% CPU usage
CPU will surge when synchronising data if all agents are disconnected for long period of time

Client (Agent) requirements

Minimum system requirements

Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server (all editions from 2000)
32-bit or 64-bit
CPU: 1GHz or better
RAM: 512MB RAM or better
DISK: 5MB per hour of recording (local)
100Mbit network connection (Gbit recommended)

 

Agent CPU requirements

Bit depth 24 - 9-15% CPU average
Bit depth 8 - 4-5% CPU average
Bit depth 4 - 8-10% CPU average
 

Offline recording

500Mb minimum free space (recommend 1GB). This space will be used when a connection to the server cannot be made.
