System Requirements

The following specifications are minimum requirements to install and run the CensorNet Virtual Appliance. Please ensure that the machine hosting the virtual environment has sufficient free resources. For further information, please contact our helpdesk.

Virtual Machine Requirements
• 1GB RAM (2GB recommended)
• 16GB hard disk space

Note:
It is important that the host computer or any other Virtual Machine running on the same host as the CensorNet Virtual Appliance does not conduct any CPU/disk intensive process (such as Anti-virus scanning) during the period when CensorNet updates its Category Server database. This period is customisable from within the CensorNet Control Panel.
