Censornet Forcepoint Promotion (the “Promotion”)

1. The Promotion is operated by Censornet Limited (“Censornet”) of Matrix House, Basing View, Basingstoke, RG21 4FF.
2. The Promotion applies to all prospective customers (“Prospect”) who are based in the United Kingdom who meet the eligibility criteria in clause 3.
3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Prospect must: (a) be a current customer of Forcepoint.
4. This Promotion is valid for the period from 1 October 2022 until 31 December 2022 (the “Promotional Period”) unless otherwise determined by Censornet.  Censornet may end the Promotional Period at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. The Promotion offers eligible Prospects 50% off their renewal for like-for-like products provided the purchase order is processed before the end of the Promotional Period.
6. The Promotion excludes any opportunity that is currently being worked on in respect of a Prospect, by either Censornet or a Partner, prior to 1 October 2022.
7. Orders must have been received by Censornet or a Partner during the Promotional Period.
8. This Promotion may not be combined with any other Censornet promotional offer and any discount is non-transferable.
9. At the end of the Promotional Period the offer will terminate and any Prospect will no longer be entitled to the discounted pricing.
10. Without limiting any other remedies, Censornet may suspend or terminate participation in the Promotion if it has reasons to believe that the Prospect has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion.
11. The Promotion is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Censornet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without advanced warning or notice, to suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion for any reason and at any time.
