Censornet has been named as a finalist for the SC Awards Europe 2019 SME Security Solution of the Year.

Censornet’s Unified Security Service (USS), which integrates best in breed Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), web security, email security and multi-factor authentication (MFA) products, provides organisations with greater visibility and control and is recognised for helping organisations to do more with less.

This year, more companies entered the SC Awards Europe than ever before, and Censornet has won out over major vendors to reach the shortlist of this competitive category. The finalists were chosen based on the strength of the security vendor’s products, the capabilities they provide customers, their dedication to innovation, and their commitment to customer service.

“The SC Award Europe are the highest accolade in the security industry and being named a finalist is testament to the quality of Censornet USS, which is used by 4,000 customers and more than 1.3 million users worldwide,” said Ed Macnair, CEO of Censornet. “USS is designed to tackle the dual issues of alert overload and analyst capacity, which are two of the greatest challenges facing the security industry. Unlike other vendors, our products reduce complexity and lower cost through consolidation, while not compromising on sophistication or protection.

“The web security, email security, CASB and MFA solutions within USS are all best-in-class in themselves, and this year we have taken the platform to the next level through ASE, our unique Autonomous Security Engine that means each product can share and exchange short term security state data about users, user actions, devices, and content. ASE allows the USS to take action automatically, which is especially significant for SMEs because it effortlessly extends security to 24×7 and proactively takes action based on threat intelligence feeds that are otherwise beyond companies’ reach and capability.”

The winners of the SC Awards Europe 2019 will be announced at a black tie Gala Dinner to at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, on the evening of Tuesday 4 June.
