Computer Weekly – Liberty launches cash appeal to challenge Snoopers’ Charter

Civil rights organisation Liberty plans to lead a crowd-funded legal challenge to the indiscriminate state surveillance powers in Investigatory Powers Act, also known as the Snoopers’ Charter.
